Opening for experienced Pipe Fitter

Pipe Fitter Positions Open = 1 Fits and assembles components according to assembly schematics, manuals and knowledge of machine construction to construct, rebuild, and repair machines using hand tools and power tools. Analyzes assembly schematics and specifications manual, and plans machine building operations. Verifies conformance of parts to stock list and drawings. Lays out hole locations and drills and taps holes on parts for assembly. Aligns components for assembly, manually or with hoist, and bolts, screws, dowels, welds, or rivets parts together, using hand tools, rivet gun, and welding equipment. Verifies alignment and tolerances of moving parts, using measuring instruments, such as dial indicators and thickness gauges. Tests operation of assembly by hand. Assembles, sets up, and operates machine to verify functioning, machine capabilities, and conformance to customer’s specifications. May form and fasten piping, fixtures, and attachments required to service machine with air, water, and oil. May install wiring and electrical components to specifications.

Machine Tool Electrician

Experienced in electrical/electronic systems, circuits and equipment. Requires a high school diploma and at least 4 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Must be able to read electrical schematics and have at least 4 years of experience in panel wiring. Must be smart, hard-worker, and fast paced.

The Industrial Engineers will provide assistance to the Design Engineers and will make sure that projects are on schedule and within cost.
