November 11th 2011 - Veterans Day
Testek would like to thank our fellow Americans who have served and are currently serving our country. We have great respect for those who have and presently are making remarkable and personal sacrifices for our country in Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. In honor of our troops and their families Testek has donated $2,500 today to the USO - Until Everyone Comes Home (www.uso.org). The USO is committed to sharing a touch of home with our troops wherever they serve - from free phone cards to much needed medical supplies for discharged wounded warriors.

August 2011 - Hydraulic Component Test Stand Order
Testek receives an order for a "Little Kelly". Did you know that AAI\ ACL has sold 143 of these Hydraulic Component Test Stands (p/n 9770-0058)? Testek is happy to continue the tradition w/ building # 144.

July 2011 - Testek lands award for B-1 Centralized Aircraft Support System!
Testek will be providing the Air Force with: (16) hydraulic supply units, (4) avionics air units, (1) chiller, (5) remote monitoring units, etc.

June 2011 - The official start of summer brings many orders!
The month of June has been really good to Testek. Some of the month's bookings included: a TS1650 ATE, Lube & Scavenge TS, Steering Gear Test Stand, (4) Hydraulic Portables, Fuel Boost TS, Load Bank, (2) Hybrid Battery Testers, (5) Brake Leak Testers, etc.

May 2011 - Yet another Goodrich location selects Testek!
Goodrich USA selects Testek Inc to supply their production lab with an IDG (Integrated Drive Generator) Test Stand.

April 2011 - A Testek Sweep at Air India!
Testek is victorious at Air India with a triple win; Testek lands all 3 Fuel Test Stands. The contract includes: a Fuel Nozzle Test Stand, a Universal Fuel Test Stand and an APU FCU Test Stand.

April 2011 - CASSIDIAN (EADS) & Testek Inc Partner Up!
Cassidian Test & Services (formerly EADS Test & Services) and Testek Inc have signed a Cooperation Agreement to co-develop EPGS testing capability on ATEC Series 6 automatic tester. This cooperation resulted in a universal modular add-on solution for the ATEC Series 6 called the TPEM (Test Power Extension Module). The TPEM is being designed by Testek Inc/Cassidian Test & Services  to increase the technical possibilities of ATEC family products for aircraft electrical power controls and power electronics.  The TPEM will install directly onto the ATEC 6 and provide test capability for B787, A350 and other aircraft EPGS equipment. March 2011 - Testek selected in China for advanced hydraulic testing
Testek has recently been selected to supply a semi-automatic hydraulic component test system to a major MRO facility within China.

February 2011 - Delivering 787 Electrical Solutions for ANA

In the competitive world of Commercial Aviation there’s no glory for second place. So what could be better than winning twice? ANA is the first airline in line to take delivery of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner Aircraft, and ANA just selected Testek to provide test capability for the 787 Starter-Generators! Testek offers the first and best test solution on the market so ANA chose a winner. After all, Testek developed the 787 Starter-Generator test technology for Boeing themselves! We wish ANA many successful years flying the B787 with Testek supporting their fleet.

January 2011 - TS1650 ATE for a Major European Airliner

A major European Airliner in Europe recognized that only Testek's ATE, the TS1650, offers them the most extensive list of supported components in the industry.

December 2011 - GE Aviation UK places order for additional DRIVE Test Stands!

Testek is proud to supply GE Aviation UK w/ a total of 3 IDG (Integrated Drive Generator) Test Stands.

November 2010 - TS1650 ATE

A major North American Airliner has selected Testek as their preferred supplier of choice for their avionic testing needs. In addition to this order, Testek has secured a number of orders for TS1650s & CATEs (Compact Automatic Test Equipment) this year.

October 2010 - Steering Gear Test Stand for Major OEM

Testek has been selected by a major automotive component manufacturer to supply a Steering Gear Test Stand for post production support. Testek was selected from multiple domestic and foreign manufacturers for this test system based on our previous experience on steering gear test stands and our strong automotive test equipment background for the past 41 years.

September 2010 - Familiar Faces Join the Testek Team!

Testek Inc welcomes Bryan Ellerman! –

Bryan has extensive background in the aerospace industry with almost 45 years of experience including: 27 years with ACL including over 13 years as Vice President. Notable achievements within ACL includes being the design engineer of the dual system diesel and electric carts back in the 1970’s. These systems became the standard for the USAF and worldwide and ACL sold over 400 of these units, many still in service today. 4 years as President at Hydroaire, a division of Crane Aerospace. And 13 years as Vice President of a aerospace test equipment company.

Throughout his career Bryan has been working with customers constructively to develop, install and maintain their MRO facilities. Bryan’s “hands on” involvement within these facilities has spanned generations and has provided mentoring and support allowing the customer to grow. Bryan’s involvement with Testek will be to work with the customers directly and provide full package solutions for their test equipment requirements.

Testek Inc welcomes Paul Goudie! –

Paul has worked in the aerospace test equipment business for 20+ years with AAI (formally ACL Technologies). Paul joined Testek to be a part of the premier test equipment organization in today’s industry. Paul's experience is in four areas of the test equipment business which are: outside sales, application engineering, field support, and manufacturing. The most enjoyable part of Paul's day is interfacing with customers and applying his practical experience to their operations and requirements.

August 2010 - Multiple Orders w/ Testek!
Testek will be supplying a major commerical airliner in North America with Hydraulic Test Stands, Pumping Packages, and a Pneumatic Hot & Cold Valve Test Stand. Testek was selected based on technical superiority and past performance.

June 19th 2010 - Derco Aerospace & Testek Team Up!
Derco Aerospace, Inc., a Sikorsky Aerospace Services company, announced today the signing of an agreement with Testek, Inc. to jointly pursue specialized aircraft test equipment opportunities worldwide. The agreement combines the capabilities and expertise of both companies to support customers' requirements for complete in-house repair and testing capabilities. Working collaboratively, Derco will offer expanded infrastructure development solutions that include fixtures and tooling, training, engineering, program management, and OEM piece parts for component overhauls supported by Testek's test equipment.

July 1st 2010 - Orders for Brake Leak Testers Continue to Roll In.
Testek is currently building (5) Brake Leak Testers for various customers including an MRO & a Foreign Military.

June 2010 - This Month Rules with Hydraulic Mules!
Testek is pleased to announce a firm order for (3) Hydraulic Mules to support helicopter flight line applications.

May 2010 - Carburetor Test Stand
Testek's Automotive / Industrial division receives a purchase order for a Carburetor Test Stand. Did you know that Testek has built over 25 Carburetor Test Stands over the last several decades?

March 2010 - No One Knows Pneumatics Like Testek!
Testek has recently been awarded an Air Cycle Machine (ACM) Test Stand and an Air Turbine Starter (ATS) Test Stand to a major repair and overhaul facility within China.

December 2009 - Testek Acquires the Manufacturing and Data Rights of AAI Mississippi!
Many years from now when we look back at our corporate history, 2009 will be known as the year in which Testek Inc took the next important step in strengthening our position in the test equipment industry. Testek Inc is no stranger to acquiring companies. In the past Testek has acquired the manufacturing rights of George L. Nankervis Co, American Avitron, Cox Instruments, & Hamilton Sundstrand for the TS1650. Continuing that strategy, Testek Inc is pleased to announce that it has acquired the manufacturing rights and propriety data of AAI Mississippi formerly known as AAI \ ACL Technologies. When AAI had announced its intentions to close down AAI Mississippi operations, many Test Equipment manufactures were interested in acquiring an exclusive license to build the company's products, but in the end AAI wanted a company they could trust, a company that had the technical know-how and experience, a company that was financially stable to supports its customers. AAI chose Testek Inc.

June 2009 - Numerous Load Bank Orders! Testek has been selected to provide multiple orders of Trailer Mounted Load Banks to the Korean Airforce & a European Military customer.

May 2009 - Testek is pleased to announce that it has received a purchase order from a major OEM for an Air Starter Turbine Test Stand.

April 2009 - US Military selects Testek to supply them with a Fuel Pump & Filter Assembly Test Stand.

March 2009 - Testek receives an order for an Aircraft Engine Component Test Stand (AECTS) for a Foreign Military. Did you know that Testek has built over 60 AECTS for the US Navy alone!

February 27th 2009 - Testek's "Eat, Meet & Greet" was a great success. We would like to thank all team members for attending. We are looking forward to our next get together.

January 2009 - 'Big Birthday Year!'- This year, 2009, Testek Inc celebrates its 40th Anniversary in the design, manufacture, support and service of Test Stands; this is a very significant milestone for our organization.

December 2008 - The U.S. Marine Corps selects Testek Inc as their supplier for an APU TEST CELL.

November 2008 - Testek Inc is pleased to announce it has been selected to provide complete Pneumatic Facilities to Honeywell & Air Algerie.

October 2008 - 'Breaking News!'- Testek Inc., adds a new, state of the art, facility in (Lyon Township) Wixom, MI. The building at 28320 Lakeview Drive, which was built in 2004, has over 100,000 square feet. The property which is over 8 acres will allow for an expansion of an additional 80,000 square feet to accomodate future growth.

Testek Inc. would like to thank Lyon Township & the State of Michigan for the High Tech MEGA award for this property.

August 19 2008 - 'More Jobs Ahead!'- In front of Governor Granholm and the MDEC Board in Lansing, Testek Inc pledged to create 27 more jobs in the State of Michigan.

July 12 2008 -Testek Inc. welcomes Wayne State University Electrical Engineering students to an open house at Testek Inc. in Livonia, MI.

June 2008 -The prestigious magazine 'Aerospace Testing International' requested Testek Inc to submit an editorial article on ATEs (past, present & future). Check out the June 2008 issue for a full page technical paper.

May 2008 - Testek is looking for Test Stand models.
All shapes and sizes are welcome. Please note the brochures\banners will add 10 lbs to your weight. We cannot promise that the material will be published in non-wide-screen format. Please note you should not allow the fame and glory of being a Test Stand Model go to your head. The test stand paparazzi unlike Hollywood are usually of the mild kind, however we can’t make any promises but as long as Brittney Spears is alive, you should be okay. If you believe you have what it takes to be a Test Stand Model, please send me an email. If the lifestyle of being a Test Stand Model is not for you, but you would like to suggest a Testek Team Member who you believe would make a good model, please send me an email. Please be aware due to the expectation of an overwhelming amount of responses and the cut throat modeling industry, it is not possible for us to get back to everyone.

May 2006 - Testek is delighted to receive a contract from the US Government for a quantity of 4 Testek Manufactured TS1650 ATE Test Stands to support electrical control boxes for seven different aircrafts.

October 2005 - USAF Awards Testek Big Contract!
