Testek Solutions and All Nippon Airways (ANA) Complete 787 Test System

Testek Solutions is proud to announce the completion of the Boeing 787 Air Systems Component Test Stand at the ANA location in Isahaya, Japan.

During the MRO Americas in Atlanta, GA on
April 8–10, 2025, Testek and ANA celebrated the completion of the following four components:

• Cabin Air Compressor P/N 7010101 & 7010121
• Air Cycle Machine P/N 7110121
• Ram Air Fan P/N 7010136
• Motor Drive Compressor P/N 7012030

This machine is the first 787 test bench to be officially correlated by Collins Aerospace, ensuring that all units tested on it meet the same standards and performance criteria as those tested at the OEM facility.
