Testek systems are designed around well-defined upgrade paths. All systems are dynamically rated for up to 6,000 psi to account for components on next generation aircraft and include switchable dynamic, measurable flow paths accounting for most other hydraulic components. Each test stand includes 20% more input/output channels (I/O) available to allow for additional metering and control in the future. The upgrade path definition for hardware and software extends the average service life of the test equipment, thereby protecting your investment.

We can deliver more than just test solutions – we can deliver resources. Testek can provide stationary hydraulic supply units to support one or multiple test stands with remote command of resources. For portable use applications, such as hangars, Testek can provide portable hydraulic supply and flushing carts.
Both our standard and custom models can be purchased with our popular ADAS (Avtron Data Acquisition System). The ADAS is a stand alone acquisition and control system console that provides high-speed, multi-channel system data acquisition to record and plot pressures, flows, temperatures, position, velocity, drive current, and various signals for the UUT. ADAS offers a National Instruments LabVIEW based software package combined with state-of-the-art PC-based data acquisition hardware.
