At Testek, we perform a complete installation and testing at our facility before your equipment is shipped. The installation at our facility is as close to the configuration of your facility as possible. After installation and startup in our plant, we perform factory acceptance testing in which we run all of the same acceptance tests that will be run in your shop. Through this startup and testing at our facility, we’re able to troubleshoot any issues that arise and anticipate final installation expenses. Our factory acceptance testing helps to minimize total stand-up costs and reduce commissioning time. We do this so that you can schedule your testing on Day One.
Testek uses only the best commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) components. Our components ensure traceability of test results. These components, along with being readily available in our spare parts inventory, come from brands with a strong reputation that have built test shop inspectors’ trust and users’ confidence. We have an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality process for a quality product. Testek equipment won’t destroy or damage aircraft or parts and tests meet 100% of OEMs’ specifications – you can be confident that if a component passes testing on a Testek stand, then it passes with documented verification and OEM approvals.
A recommended list of critical spare parts is included in the documentation package for every Testek test stand. We recommend keeping these components in stock at your facility at all times, so that they can be readily replaced. However, if you need to order a critical spare part, our support team keeps all critical spare components in stock for fast fulfilment to minimize your downtime.
