That's our tagline for who we are. Not only does it embody the quality of our design, accuracy of our software, and reliability of build, but it also represents our focus on supporting our customers. You can trust us to be there for you by way of our dedicated Aftermarket team.
During the last year and change, COVID-19 has really impacted the landscape for the way things were done. While we are able to travel onsite to support with any stand functionality issues, we offer remote options as well. We are happy to meet and provide assistance virtually, via any conference app. By utilizing these new conference methods, we are better able to support by being more available. If we have a field service representative onsite with a customer, they would still be able to take a meeting for another customer if needed.
By intelligent design of our software, we are also able to troubleshoot remotely. Our test equipment allow for remote access to troubleshoot testing issues and parameters. Often times, this could be the quickest way to handle a potentially simple complication.
One of the most important features when selecting a partner to build a test stand for you is the uptime of the equipment. The stand needs to be built with quality parts and have a smart design, but we all know that there will be a hiccup along the way. Service contracts are a great way to to ensure your stand's uptime is as close to 100% as possible. Contracts are important to set expectations for support time frames and allow for quick turn-times.
