Universal Designs for Multiple Applications
Whenever possible, Testek designs our fuel component test solutions to be universal. Test stands can be designed to test pumps, nozzles, and controls on the same system. We offer solutions for both high- and low-flow test parts at varying pressure requirements. Electronic Engine Controllers (EEC) are also available as an integrated system or as a stand-alone cart.

Flexibility

Testek fuel component test stands are designed to maximize flexibility in application and adaptation. Fuel as well as substitutes are accommodated for safe operation and test stands are most often designed for hazardous environments. Testek offers fuel component test stands with manual operation for customized testing, as well as more automated solutions. A test cart can be provided that allows one test part to be prepared for testing while another is undergoing test, thereby minimizing test stand down time between tests.

Safety

At Testek Solutions, safety is a priority – especially for test stands that can be operated using flammable materials. All Testek fuel component test stands are designed for safe operation in a Class I, Division 1, Group D environment (as defined by NFPA 70, National Code). All test stand components that do not meet these requirements are housed in air-purged or explosion-proof enclosure with appropriate safeties to ensure power is not supplied to the enclosure until the electrical box has been purged of any harmful vapors.

 

Supply

 In addition to test systems for fuel components, Testek can offer a central fuel supply. A central fuel supply can be used to provide test fluid to multiple fuel component test stands. Testek can provide a custom test stand network that will regulate supply of test fluid based on the demand of the supported test stands.
